A Brand-New Opportunity

Our client wanted to introduce a property brand to highlight this metro-accessible opportunity in Arlington, Virginia. 

One of my favorite steps in any project is researching to understand what makes the assignment unique, and how we can build that into a story that appeals to our target audience. 

This property was located in an area that's often overlooked, yet closer inspection revealed a dedicated local community who loved this neighborhood for its ease of living, unique mix of independent small businesses, and convenient transportation options. 

Our goal was to appeal to businesses searching for office space. But a key priority for any location decision is how that location impacts a company's ability to attract and retain talented employees. 

So, we built a brand around all of the things that employees would love - a community that can't be replicated by national chains alone, where its easy to enjoy urban amenities and public transportation without the tradeoffs and housing difficulties of a more urban area.
